Custom CRM for small business.

  • One record per customer — Enquiries, jobs, notes and history in one place, not three.
  • Your real pipeline — The stages your work actually goes through, with follow-ups that remind you.
  • No per-seat fees — A system you own instead of paying for seats nobody uses.

Is a custom CRM right for you?

Your process does not fit a standard CRM.

Stop forcing your jobs into fields built for someone else.

You pay for seats nobody uses.

Own the system instead of renting features you do not need.

Customers live in three places.

Bring the inbox, spreadsheet and memory into one record.

What a custom CRM looks like.

Records screens from software we built, shown with demo data.

The LocalReviewDesk feedback inbox for a demo pizzeria: customer messages as records with ratings and statuses, filtered and sorted.
Every customer message as a record with a status, filtered and sorted. From our own build, demo data.
One customer record opened in LocalReviewDesk, from a demo account: the customer's message and rating, contact details and consent, internal notes and status buttons.
One record opened: what the customer said, how to reach them and what the team did. Demo data.

What moves the price

How many people use it, which systems it connects to and how much existing data has to come across. Your written quote is fixed before any work starts.

The honest limit

A CRM only helps if your team uses it. We keep it to the fields and steps you actually need, and if a hosted CRM would serve you as well, we will tell you before you commit.

From your process to records you own.

Your written quote includes a schedule. We build in stages you can use and review, not one long wait.

  1. Check

Step 1: Check for an existing tool

If a hosted CRM fits your process, that is our recommendation.

  2. Scope

Step 2: Scope the first version

Map enquiry to finished job: stages, who does what and what needs a follow-up.

  3. Build

    Step 3: Build in stages

Records, pipeline and follow-ups built in stages on a staging link.

  4. Review

    Step 4: Test with you

Your team tries it with real customers and tells us what to change.

  5. Review

Step 5: Bring your data across

Spreadsheets or your old CRM brought across, with duplicates cleaned up.

  6. Handover

    Step 6: Hand it over

Documented, with every account and record in your name.

Leyan H.Google

Had our site redesigned by them and really happy with the result. Easy to deal with, good communication, and the new site looks great. They do prefer email over calls, which is totally fine by me. Would definitely recommend them.

Worked with him back in 2023 when he was still freelancing. Really nice to see how much WebsLead has grown so much.

What is the best CRM for a small business?

Often a hosted CRM, and we will tell you which suits your process. A custom CRM is worth it when your sales or job process does not fit standard fields, or when seat fees outgrow the value you get.

Why not HubSpot or another hosted CRM?

If one fits, use it; it will usually cost less to run. Custom makes sense when you are working around the tool instead of with it, or paying for features and seats nobody uses.

How much does a custom CRM cost?

A written quote, fixed before work starts. The price depends on how many people use it, which systems it connects to and how much existing data has to come across.

Can you move my existing customer data across?

Yes. Bringing your spreadsheets or old CRM across is part of the scope. We check the data first, so duplicates and gaps are cleaned up rather than copied.

Can website enquiries go straight into the CRM?

Yes. Enquiries from your website forms arrive as records by themselves, ready for follow-up.
