Search built into the site from the first page, not bolted on after.
Most sites are built first and "optimised" later, which usually means rebuilding the parts search engines care about most. We do it the other way round. Page structure, headings, metadata and local signals are settled before a single screen is designed, so the site is easy for Google to read from the day it goes live. The foundations are a one-off setup; monthly SEO after launch is separate, and optional.

We work out what your customers actually type, by service and by area, and which page should answer each one.
Page hierarchy, URLs and internal links are planned so each page has one clear job.
Metadata, headings, semantic markup, structured data and a sitemap go in during the build, alongside speed and mobile performance.
We submit the sitemap, check the pages are being indexed, and set up your local search foundations.
$700 SETUP
SEO foundations make a site easy to find and easy to read. They do not guarantee a ranking, and anyone who promises a position on Google is guessing. Ongoing work is Monthly SEO, at $300 a month.
Nobody can promise that honestly. Foundations remove the technical reasons a site ranks poorly and give each page a clear job. Where you rank also depends on competition, content and reviews, which build over time.
Usually, yes. The $700 retrofit covers the technical and on-page groundwork on an existing site. If the structure itself is the problem, we will say so before you spend anything.
Yes, in Growth and Bespoke. Launch sites are built clean and fast, and SEO foundations can be added to them.
Yes. Monthly SEO is $300 a month: Search Console monitoring, technical fixes, Google Business Profile upkeep and a monthly report. It is optional, and you can stop at any time.
It carries a lot of weight in local searches. We will make sure your site and profile carry the same business details, which search engines check against each other.
Pick where it hurts. We'll tell you which stage is costing you money, then send a written scope and price.
